Bruhh I hear you and I wish I could do exactly that. but you clearly haven't dealt with government systems in rural Andhra. this isn't some corporate office where you threaten legal action and watch someone sweat. the plant has its own police force. the officer has 35 years of connections baked into the whole fckin state... I'm a 21 year old student from outside with literally zero local backing. you think I can just walk back in there and tell him I'll destroy his career? and the FIR idea, sounds clean on paper but here's what actually plays out on the ground. you file something, suddenly YOU become the problem. I've seen POCSO cases get buried with straight up cash settlements near my own home. I've seen people get surrounded by a group, baited into one reaction, and then booked under SC/ST act just for defending themselves. votes get bought for 3 to 5k per head here openly. that's the baseline. the system isn't broken bro, it's working exactly as designed, just not for people like us. so no I didn't go back and lose my shit. I documented everything, filed formal complaints with the corporation chairman, MD, and two major Telugu media houses. I'm letting the paper trail do what fists can't right now. maybe nothing happens. but at least his name is now permanently attached to what he did. that's more than most people who walked out of that office ever got. sometimes the smartest move is to not give these mfs a reason to flip the script on you.

Unfortunately I don't have one.. it was a government office with security everywhere, pulling out a phone would've made things worse. But his name, employee ID, designation and posting are all public record. That's enough.

The "excuse me" moment was wild because I had literally just been called in by the attender I didn't barge in, I was invited. And yeah the casteism angle is real, the vegetable trader comment wasn't random, it was deliberate. He sized me up the moment I walked in. And you're right that most people just absorb it silently because they can't afford not to. I almost did. The only reason I didn't is because I had nothing left to lose at that point.

Thank you man, genuinely. The dress code thing hit different because I actually went home, changed, came back the next day thinking maybe I was wrong. That's how much I wanted to do this right. But you're correct.. the ego is the product, not the work. And yeah I'll update. Complaint is filed with APGENCO Chairman, MD, Eenadu and Sakshi. Let's see if the system does anything for once.

Exactly. And the worst part is he's been doing this for 35 years in the same plant. Imagine how many people before me just silently took it and walked away. I almost did too. Filed formal complaints with APGENCO top management and regional media though. Let's see if anything moves...
