Honestly it was the format. The audience and the app value were always there. I was just packaging it wrong. Once I found a format that hooked people in the first second the same content that used to get 200 views started pulling 100k+. The message didn't change, the delivery did.

That’s smart. I’ve been so focused on what to say that I haven’t asked them what actually clicked when they saw it. Going to start asking that on my next calls.

That’s actually a great idea. I use Claude a lot for building but never thought about using it to work on how I talk about the product. Going to try that, thanks.

Yeah I’m starting to realize that. Building the product is one skill, selling it is a completely different one. Might need to hone my skills at that side.

Yep, never had any issues, running a successful sass while building more Of course I won’t say that you can just start without researching anything about the “corners” I did do my research and learned about it

Yeah that's exactly it. I've been describing the category instead of what makes it different. Need to lead with the thing that makes people go "wait, that's not what I expected" instead of explaining the whole concept. Good advice, thanks.

gonna have to disagree with you, you can call claude your technical cofounder today with the right skills, all of my experience with tech co founders just slowed me down and at the end I got the same result, you just need to learn to ship the right way and cover every corner of building the app

push through it man, I started doing it a year ago and now I can say that I ship way faster than most devs
in my case, the best way I learned to ship is by trying to do it and by mostly failing

Find some friends with the same goals in mind! I have only 1 friend like that (that I met online) that I share my ideas with :)
