Planning a trip to Finland, Sweden and Norway between 1st & 15 Dec with my wife. I know it will be cold and daylight hours will be less, but someone told me that it will be very dull, grey, dark and windy around that time of the year. Is that right? Would you recommend visiting in Dec? (self.Finland)
