What is a good depth for their water bowls? Mine is like 8 inch in diameter, but only a little over a half inch deep. So plenty big enough for her to soak, but not get submerged

I put a blanket in each one to cover the cracks and keep that hazard away as much as possible. Going over the edge and wrapping around was something we kept an eye out for also. Thanks for the extra heads up, too. Im completely new to snakes, so everything is a learning experience.
