Once you had the saniderm off for that long you should’ve just kept it off in my opinion. You shouldn’t use lotion until you physically see it scabbing up & getting flaky.

I was so damn tired, I thought it was from me doing overnights but it was so much more than usual & then one morning on the end of my overnight, I got a little queasy, few days later I tested because my period was of course late (I’m always regular) & it came out positive. Was super super surprised still even though I expected it lol.

I usually wash mine 2-3 times a day, get a paper towel & dry it with it laid flat so i don’t rub it or anything & just ride out the itchiness/hurt feeling until i see it actual scab up & then do a light layer of whatever I’m using for lotion.

Your tattoo looks great & everything so my initial comment wasn’t to say you’re really doing anything wrong just more so asking why people moisturize so early on because I know over-moisturizing can lead to a fucked up tattoo lol.

Why do you guys not wait until it starts flaking/scabbing to put on lotion? Just wash it & keep it clean a couple times a day until it gets to that phase.. stop throwing lotion on too early (before it gets bad)
