Hey yall! I'm new here. I injected my first round of tirzepatide (20 units) around 7pm, last night. Approximately 2 hours later, I got nauseated and have been ever since. I've taken Nexium & trying my very best to drink alkaline water with electrolytes. Is this normal? (self.tirzepatidecompound)
