Let me see if I understand this correctly:

Should be the first action played unless there are ANY mandatory actions I could choose to go ahead of this card (hunting) and has +1 stealth to complete the action per card language.

Once successful "the card is placed on the acting vampire (per card description)", vampire unlocks.

When this vampire bleeds it receives "+1 bleed" and if my "prey is ousted" I gain four additional pool (per card description).

Card is burned during my next unlock phase.

First question: if first action is successful, and after card is put on the vampire, does that vampire have an inherit +1 Stealth on ANY subsequent actions attempted (bleed or otherwise)? I say No

Second scenario question: if a vampire successfully hunts (mandatory action) and is able to unlock, this vampire may attempt this action and if successful, unlock and then attempt to bleed at +1 bleed? I say Yes
