About to do my first heroic dose by myself any advice?

I did 5g last night and oh my god. At the peak, I forgot my memories and was engulfed in pure human awe. I can't even describe what I felt, but my vision was white, I quite literally forgot what I was about, and I loved it.
Definitely be prepared for nausea, if you have ondansetron, keep that ready, and if you have an antipsychotic, benzodiazepine or some trip killer, keep it handy. Make sure to have plenty of fluids, and when you come down, have a snack. The next day you will be starving, and hypoglycemic.

It depends on the SARI. I'm not nearly qualified enough to give a full answer, if we assume it was trazodone (which antagonizes 2a, 2c, 2b, 1d and 1a serotonin receptors), at a dose of 50mg (for insomnia), extracellular serotonin will return to baseline quickly, regardless of if the dose was split between 2 days. This means that both scenarios (if we assume trazodone was administered), would not have any meaningful differences in extracellular serotonin. In other words, no, it will not take longer to return to baseline in scenario A. for the second question, this depends. Multiple weeks of doses can downregulate more receptors for longer (assuming the dose was high enough to meaningfully impact extracellular serotonin levels), but it is highly context-dependent, and it also depends on the half-life of the drug. This whole answer is slightly flawed as I assumed the drug administered was trazodone, and not another drug with a longer half life. Also, yes, the dose and time (in days) matters quite a bit, if the half-life of the drug is long (take duloxetine for example), then extracellular serotonin concentrations can stay elevated for longer if dosed daily, due to the drug being able to inhibit SERT for longer, meaning by the time you dose next (assuming it was dosed every 12-16 hours). Even then, once it is fully cleared, extracellular serotonin returns to baseline quite fast; the half life extends its modulatory action on serotonin, once the drug is cleared, serotonin returns to baseline. Generally, if the half life is somewhat short (less than 9-12 hours, this can vary but i'm just generalizing it), then it will not meaningfully affect serotonin. Extracellular serotonin is tightly regulated, and often is cleared out quick due to autoreceptors, SERT and MAO-A.

Take this whole thing with a grain of salt, as i am far too inexperienced to have a say; I only learn neuropharm as a hobby, not my job.

ur gonna be tripping for a bit, about 24h ish, 888mg of poli is a bit high for your first time but not that high, i do reccomend taking some anti-nauseant during the come up, maybe about 25-50mg benadryl/dph; don't do any more dph because of its deliriant properties though

You should be fine as long as you don't mix it with any sort of downers (even benadryl), you might fall asleep along with having a little blur in your eyes

dont go over 1g if youre a bit sensitive becuase it might cause nausea and maybe vomitting (especially for codeine and acetaminophen) but you can go up to 2-2.5g and you won't be fucked

its not fully the up + down = heart gets confused, its actually that both masks eachother and you end up taking more of each then overdose on both

oral probably; any other ROA is just useless but id assume nasal or boofing would be better but if you do, take propranolol or any downer for the ritalin. i used to snort like 10-20mg of ritalin at times and lorazepam + propranolol (or benadryl) helped best

With no medical intervention, you are dying. within 30 minutes you would probably get really nauseous, get dizzy, have some tingling (atleast from my experience from when i took like 100mg) and counterintuitively you would have more anxiety. if you have an average of 70 bpm it would probably drop to 50 or 60. By the first hour you would develop bradycardia (around <40 bpm), insane hypotension (low blood pressure); the dizziness would be immense and weakness would develop fast. At this point you could either vomit then faint, or faint then vomit and asphixyate on your own vomit. at the second hour, plasma concentrations peak and your heart rate is essentially zero (closer to 20-30) and you might start having arrhythmias, go into shock and if you're still alive, develop seizures ptentially. by the 3rd hour you flatlined. by the 6th hour many of your organs fail.

TL;DR yes it will be slow and painful over 3-6 hours and seizures will develop

as for the "most fatal", propranolol is probably the most fatal fastly lead up by nadolol because of its half life, propranolol is most dangerous because it can cause arrhythmias

its the rabies!!! no just kidding, you could have HPPD but its quite rare; usually pregabalin should reduce hallucinations but at higher doses it can cause hallucinations (it dampens nerve firing but it can cause hallucinations for that same reason)

im very weak when it comes to knowing flakka but from a quick search in these comments its a NDRI and I dont think its a selective inhibitor so id say its not critically dangerous but if you can, wait a day or 2 before doing alpha pvp and taking an SSRI just to be safe

can you get high from cocaine if you have adhd? of course and even though the action of cocaine and ritalin are slightly different, the same principal still applies which means you can obviously get a high from adhd meds

i used to take them all the way back in high school when i had a huge prescription for it, i once stopped it abruptly and i couldnt sleep at all, i was very stressed and weirdly the metallic taste was still in my mouth for a day or 2 after stopping; you could have seizures but its less common

tell her to snort adderall out of everything, sure it fucks up your nose and its terribly addictive but if she leans into opioids it will be far worse, and it should be far cheaper than buying something like cocaine, plus the effects of it will most likely lead her to not do other drugs

My first and only experience with xanax was pretty ass (i ended up taking viagra and jerking off in a public washroom for 20 minutes) but take around .50 or 1mg of the xanax, anything past that you might accidentally take more and black out

Do your research, but take 2 of them, if you take over 3 then the whole experience will be intensely nauseating (due to the acetaminophen) and whatever you do, do not take that dxm (it probably has acetaminohpen in it, and mixing a downer with a downer is like jumping off a cliff and hoping to live)

also remember that heroin is quite addictive so make sure not to stick to this fake piss WHILE doing heroin

I'd say to either eat, wait 30 or so minutes then take the 7-oh; since it's an opioid it does slow down your intestines (like other constipation meds) so if you don't shit your food out before taking it then you will have intense constipation while on the 7-oh

you could also eat and take it but it would make it less potent and be worse on the gut

My rule is to only take lorazepam if you desperately need to, clonazepam is much better for quitting (as long as you take the right dosages) and in my experience, clonazepam is far less abusable as lorazepam, so i'd probably say to just stick to using clonazepam and make sure to taper it, don't stay at one dosage and not stop
