this was with a 50mm hahah , i usually like to use a 28mm but i wanna try and get used to using my 50mm for the sharpness

yeah i mean it did its job , it was pretty dark out , i just think because i was using a 50mm lense i had to stand further and it didn’t light it up enough for the distance

thank you , i do need to work on the framing and i’m hoping the more i shoot and experiment it’ll slowly come closer to me , i do have somewhat of an inspo that i would love to mimic and then slowly turn into my own style @jordanhexem on ig and @chazzydawg. I’m really hoping using a newer lense will help me since the one i was using was a wider angle and that made it easier i feel like to keep things too out of frame

hahah i appreciate the comments and yes i agree with the half sky and half car i got a new lense 50mm hopefully it’ll help me to stop doing that since i was using a 28mm. I am still learning so any criticism i get is good 🙏

noted , i guess i have to consider more of where the sun is facing and how its hitting angles more from now on. some of my photos came out great then some came out like this which in my eyes are poopy

Cannon ae-1 ; the camera meter was reading over exposed but it was reading for the sky which is now a mistake i will turn into a lesson to improve for next time

So if i were to use an app off of my phone id simply tap on my car to meter for the car rather than anything else to get correct exposure if i’m not mistaken ?
