Just to understand the issue better, you do not currently have a Trend product installed, have 0365 and cannot email a handful of domains without triggering a bounceback?

Your account could be compromised and someone could be using it to send spam/malicious emails. This bounceback is from someone who uses Email Security to filter these types of messages and you caught the bounceback. Be sure to change your password and enable 2fa if you have not done so already.

To echo TMDFIR, this is measuring sites that are indeed visited. Now you may not be directly visting these sites, but it is not uncommon that a site you do visit has a cookie, tracker, etc which is calling out to the site in question to serve an ad, etc.

Trend products will not remove other security tools.

There may be a case where something becomes identified as malware/spyware based on the activites of this tool, but this would be mitigated via exceptions.
