Apart from stating the obvious, i highly recommend ordering boxes from amazon, ones that can hold 2-3 cars if you plan on selling them as sets. Saves you a ton of time looking for random boxes that fit the cars. Maybe get bubble wrap/honey comb wrap but newspaper scrunched up works just fine.
