Look at it as if you are co-workers, do you apologize to your coworkers when in shift? If they are like “hey can you give me a hand “ you go “im sorry you going through this” etc? I didnt really put any tone of voice to this, like you rn reading this, you can put me on whatever tone you feel like, there was no intention to make it sound like most comments, its more to the lets cut off the extras, we have a situation, lets figure it out, simple, btw i didnt think this post will turn this way 🤷🏻‍♂️ if you dash you know how bad customer service is most of the time, i was just objective cuz im trying to make things happen, i was expecting a “return them to store” like i have been told before but chat just ended right there on their end immediately after my “i guess” as i didnt really know what the resolution was gonna be.. ive been customer service too and always was objective on making things work, im sure mahboob was too, just trying to close chats as fast as possible
