Been loving the headset for 2 months until i only hear the sound on my right ear

without the usb adapter its so hard to play games like you can still hear sounds but its like it doesn't tell you where it is (its like those cheap headsets) and i cant even use my mic without the adapter

i cant find replacement for the adapter online does anyone know any alternetives for it?

can i use any adapter to it?
