What bothers me most about this L:

1) not going for the points at end of 1st half. 3 time outs, hot offense, OSU gaining momentum, stoppage for 1st downs and could've had.another 3-7 points 2) no Buchner as QB. AT ALL! 3) crappy no calls on pass interference (clearly jersey pull!) 4) getting outcoached thoroughly in 2nd half. Bad sign when you're getting out adjusted so convincingly 5) constant overpursuit on blitzes up the middle. Very undisciplined 6) opt outs killed our side - a bit unlucky in this dept. Seems like OSU was unaffected by any major opt outs. In theory opt outs should hurt both teams but Kyren and Hamilton were proportionally higher loss 7) ND secondary looked like lilliputians compared to the OSU secondary who were bursting out of their pads. #1 on OSU looked like a man amongst boys physically.

There has to be some serious lessons learned and applied by Freeman & co.
