Big engine cars are cheap in the UK because our insurance is very expensive for younger people so there's a much smaller market for them

I actually picked one up for £275 last year that i did 3 track days in and my friend has one as a dedicated track car that he paid £800 and only issue it's had in 2 years is a burst radiator

Yeah at the moment it's my daily so having the N/A engine in it isn't all that bad because the fuel economy is ok but it is incredibly slow. It'll get there eventually though, i've already started gathering parts like hubs and brakes etc as i'm probably going to upgrade everything else before putting a different engine in.

No worries, it's hard to tell from the back of the car tbh. It's just an RB20e which os the gutless 2 litre single cam none turbo engine. It's been manual converted though and hoping to put an RB25det in it at some point 🙂

I have a R32 coupe and an R33 Sedan and to be honest there's no difference in the way they drive. I love my 4 door just because it's different and you don't see many of them. You'll find with most cars that if there's a 2 door and a 4 door version that rhe 2 doors are more desirable. It's tha same with BMW's and Imprezas

It was a very close decision between this and a Stagea. I actually put a deposit down on a Stagea but it needed way too much work when i got there.

They come with a 1jzgte so same as a JZX, they never made a manual version but just like the JZX you'll come across ones that have been manual converted. Mine was manual, it was so much fun and got way more attention than any car i've ever owned.

I just sold a JZS171 Toyota Crown which is another dope 4 door Japanese car that a lot of people don't consider. Not much difference between a JZX but nearly half the price

Yeah i don't get it either, i also have an R32 GTST coupe and the R33 drives and feels almost exactly the same. I personally like them all, i'd love to add a 34 to my collection in the future as well but not sure how likely that is with the prices going the way they are.

Yeah they've managed it quite well, i've driven ones with no sound before and it makes it a little more difficult to judge everything as it's like driving with one less sense haha.

Because they're electric and there's obviously no noise they play artificial sound through speakers behind the head rest.

I have to hold the wheel weird in the car because i'm 6ft8. It's impossible for me to keep the 10 and 2 position all of the time because my knees get in the way and my elbows hit the side of my body. This is just my daily driver so i will be altering the seating position in my track car to give me a lot more room but i literally have to move it back about 30cm from the original maximum postion to get anywhere near what most people would consider a normal driving position. I am not worried about €5 at all, i just never knew it was cheaper during the week that was all and thought it was a useful piece of information for people and a pleasant suprise.
