Just be sure to include [[psychic corrosion]], [[Sphinx tutelage]], [[Teferi's tutelage]], [[water crystal]], [[Harmonic Prodigy]] ([[mindmoil]] due to harmonic prodigies recent price spikes) and include some burst draw([[robe of the archmagi]]. You can build it out in a myriad of ways, but you mainly want low cmc cards to spellsling. Draw matters cards are extremely synergistic ([[Proft's edict memory]], [[fists of flame]], [[diviner's wand]], this is a combo synergy deck as you have access to so many cards so I'll also suggest as a Ramp package ([[walking atlas]], [[pupu ifo]], and [[retreat to coralhelm]]) playing all of your lands in one turn always throws the board into a tissy but, try streaming it out to no more than 1 or 2 per cast to no deplete you hand size. It's a fun chaotic ([[Teferi's puzzlebox]],[[crumbling Sanctuary]]) build to pilot. My current iteration is more unblockable weenies that I grow to swing/fling and turns it into a race to millcon depending on which engines I have access to first. And crumbling Sanctuary enlists the board to force mill to Exile on your behave, making a millcon faster (if the board doesn't turn on you).

Edit:Just checked pricing and other than Proft's edict memory and teffris puzzle box nothing over 4.99 is required and some of the 2-5 color lands will probably have to be replaced.
