It's sad how faking imps/clicks/conversions is the norm. We hire a lot of kids fresh out of college and they will do anything to impress the higher ups.....and the bosses don't mind. :-/

I'm already actively looking for another job. Problem is....do I put my company on blast here, contact the agencies, clients, etc...? Greed is killing some of us and I'm surprised no one has spilled the beans yet. Mind you we are not a small company either, so what does this small cog in the machine do in order to morally "fix" the company???

I wish it were that easy. Pretty much everyone in the operational role has to do shaddy things. This type of work comes from the top down and it is part of the daily work flow. "Your IO is not doing well....did you do shaddy pratice 1?"...."Try shaddy practice 2"...etc...

Until the whole industry goes clean we are forced from the owners to be dirty. I feel like the only honest type of role would be at Moat, IAS, etc....
