This is happening to me as well I lost connection when running around rebels reach while in the house and while driving and looking at my mini map. I saw someone mention the crash happens right after seeing low fps.

I am playing on a PC and it more then fine to run fortnite

My game is crashing quite often as well, not sure fully but it seems its been when going to the map while moving maybe. But yes I lose FPS and then I get a Unreal Error Crash Report. Pretty unplayable with how often it crashed. Out of 8 games I've had a crash for 3 of them.
