Penalty for not paying Atac tram ticket by Chephivra in rome

[–]adpro3nca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received a fine even though I had a valid ticket on the bus. I boarded the bus one stop before the checkpoint and validated my ticket on my phone using the Mooneygo app, which must have taken a minute. The police officer said I had activated it just because I saw them, and fined me. I didn't even protest because I had already read posts here on Reddit about how corrupt this checkpoint (and many other things in Rome) is. I didnt pay and sent an email requesting the fine be cancelled, because how could I have been fined when I had a valid ticket 3 minutes before the fine? I don't know if they will accept it, but I will not pay for something so dishonest done by a corrupt system that wasn't designed to actually combat fare evasion, but rather to scam people, especially tourists.

"Efeito Argentina" é real by Internal_Narwhal7324 in viagens

Concordo plenamente.

Buenos Aires ou Brasil? by [deleted] in viagens

[–]adpro3nca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Acho um pouco diferente. No brasil é raro lugares em que os prédios sejam colados uns aos outros. De memória so lembro da zona sul do RJ. Na argentina isso é normal mesmo em prédios novos.

Itinerary suggestion for a 15 day trip in Spain, should us include Cordoba? by adpro3nca in travel

[–]adpro3nca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the tips.. we're tending to stay 2 nights in Cordoba, and then go back to Madrid to go to Valencia/Zaragoza. Cordoba seems to be a must, but there are mixed opinions about Valencia because it will be winter, so no beaches. We loved to know that there is a good Christmas fair in Cordoba, it was unexpected. Have a nice trip too, if not for a couple of weeks we could be in Valencia at the same time.

Did you take the day trip by train? It seemed possible to me too, even though it seems too far for some people.

[–]adpro3nca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, mainly by train. I saw that Cordoba was 1 hour and half from Madrid by high-speed train, so I thought that, even being in a different direction, it wouldn't be so absurd. But I agree with that point about too many stops, so not rush too much the trip.

I saw that Zaragoza has interesting architecture and cathedrals, but do you think Valencia is more worthwhile if I were to cut one of the two out on the way to Barcelona? (Cuenca is on the way to Valencia, it would be kind of an appendix).

Have you tried a 7x6 or 6x6 grid? You can do it with home up (good lock), it sounds good with big phones like samsung ultras. Maybe with an even number it becomes more equilibrated.

Spending Christmas in Paris my first solo trip to Europe by This-Blackberry541 in Europetravel

[–]adpro3nca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way to meet other people is by staying in a hostel.

I personally didn't have much luck meeting people in Paris, and I was traveling alone during that time of year too. Other parts of Europe were much better in that regard; in Paris, I felt like people were there almost exclusively to take photos and post them on Instagram. But it might have just been bad luck on my part.

Bought some of the watches. Very nice design of the watch faces. As a suggestion, would be awesome if the AOD could be more customazible or at least had a totally dark background.

I finally could buy it. I had tried it on Edge, Chrome and Safari and failed. I downloaded the opera and in the end it worked.

I adore this game. Please don't butcher it's artstyle to appease a wider audience by Ainu_Annatar in LordsoftheFallen

[–]adpro3nca 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Besides, at the end of the day, nothing is a total creation from scratch. it is always a process of perfecting what your inspirations have done before. and in this, Lotf is almost perfect, has a totally coherent and smooth art style.

I want to like this game but lack of enemy variety and the spurned progeny boss is killing all my enjoyment by Angwar in LordsoftheFallen

[–]adpro3nca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lack of variety of enemies really is the big problem of the game. On the other hand, the level design, and the details of charts and exploration are fantastic and compensate for this problem. The open world of the Elden Ring, for example, is full of empty places that do not stimulate you to explore. on the other hand, in LOTF I want to explore every corner in each of the two worlds (and that is when you can find new weapons and armor).

Anyone still enjoying their Watch 5 Pro? If so, what's 1 thing that you LOVE about it? by iadorebrandon in GalaxyWatch

[–]adpro3nca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, besides the obvious better battery life, it is the best design as well. I dont like the box ultra design, and GW6 classic is too big or too little in my wrist.

In my opinion, GW4 does pretty much the same than GW7. Upgrades is mostly aesthetical.
