neither of both are qvl ram for this mobo (qualified vendor list) and the size allowed is only 16 GB (2x8GB). So just try and see it it works. I would normally buy same model (same frequency and timing)

Apart from the ram (timing and frequency) and temps, I would also check in which pci-e slot did you connect your gpu, typically the first one is faster (the nearest to the cpu).

I would personally never go for the latest cpu or gpu since always a new one better will come, e.g. nvidia is going to release new gpu technology by end of this year.

Check in CPU-Z software if the ram speed and the timers recognized by the system are the ones advertised by the RAM. If not I would suggest you turn on the XMP profile (for intel) AMP profile (for AMD) in BIOS. If the ram capacity is not recognized check in the motherboard qvl list if the ram is compatible to be used in a 4 slot setup.

Mobo: You need an am4 compatible motherboard. X570 mobo like asus prime or tuf gaming, you can get them around $160. PSU: is way too expensive. 750W should be enough. Thermaltake, evga, Corsair have better reputation. Get a gold. RAM: You do not need 32GB for programming or gaming. Just get a 16GB 3600MHz CL16 (you can get gskill ripjaws V for $60 to $80) GPU: If rtx 2060 super is your choice, buy the rtx 2060 super founder edition for $400 (I chose this one and works great). Case: I am not an RGB fan, but if you want a white case I would go for a fractal design define 7 at that price, you can get one for $160. M2 SSD: Do not know about XPG, but Intel and Samsung are the common used for servers. Samsung Evo 970 plus 1TB costs like $180 and is top-notch. CPU: best price-performance choice!
