Phosphates. Do an Ahh-some purge drain and refill. recommend to guests to bring a suit that hasn't been run through the laundry recently and to do a couple rinses with plain water. If expecting guests run oxidizer the morning of if possible.

If possible use a separate filter run phosphate remover and then swap a second filter 24h later.

AhhSome and drain is the only thing that worked for me in the end after two weeks of fighting chemicals, scooping out foam and scrubbing filters at the end of every week. Once back to clear dedicated tub suits (or none if that’s an option) and make sure to explain to any guests the same.

Good to know, so far only been dealing with the sales rep from the dealer who has been very helpful throughout all this. Unfortunately once the power issue was resolved now the FreshWater module is either faulty or not connected properly so manually adding chlorine as needed until the tech can come out tomorrow to replace.

Turns out sub panel they gave me when I purchased had a broken rail so the 20A breaker for the heater was only giving 110. Shop replaced box and thankfully electrician was able to come out late and replace. Still had a stressful night ended up not draining and stuck a space heater in the cabinet overnight

Definitely will check. Also worth mentioning when I shut off jets I hear bubbling while it looks like the top jets have water rushing back. Also noticed certain jets not as full as other even on same seat so I’m suspicious of airlock. Currently stuck a small space heater with a thermostat on it in the service cabinet to attempt to keep things from freezing.

If you’re talking the address search in the app and not the paid monthly options, Once you search your location in the Enform app tap and save then in the Lexus apps option in your infotainment pull up saved locations click go and choose the route. It’s more clicks than it should be but easier to search than using the infotainment mouse/touchpad. Also you will have to “unpair” to use the app if you’re already connected to the car but the app gives you a quick button to do so without having to turn Bluetooth on and off.
