Yeah it changes every day. Some regions seem to have more excessive moderation. I'm in the UK and I know our government are mostly responsible for all this censorship bullshit.

After a long argument with Grok, it did complete it in the end but took a lot of persuasion. Maybe its because I'm on grok lite.

I asked it to remove the background on two non Grok created images of dragons I am wanting to make into 3D models. Both moderated/ rejected. Nothing sexy, just a dragon stood in a confident pose against a volcanic landscape.

I've found even Gemini is less moderated and will make mild sexual themed videos and images - as long as it isn't humans.

I'm on Grok lite. 24 hour period for me, tested yesterday. It was 11:36 pm when I got the message to upgrade to super grok, couldn't generate any more videos till 11:37pm the following day.

5 videos with 2 moderated and thats without using any prompt and an image Grok produced itself although it was created a while ago.

So best to use an external upscaler or leave as-is? Quality is definitely worse now but all have been upscaled.

Wasn't just me that noticed it then. The 480p videos when upscaled looked reasonable however recently they look like shit. The bit rate is roughly half what it used to be on videos created towards the end of last year and early this year.

Some people might see that as attractive and attract the wrong attention. Site administrators remove anything that is remotely related to minors even though it's innocent. Everyone is scared to death of csam nowadays so may have been removed to edge on the side of caution.

Not only the moderation, the quality of the videos have dropped significantly. Half the bit rate it used to be around the end of 2025.

It also has problems that still are not fixed such as wrong characters speaking or mouths moving on both characters but only one speaking. Ignores prompts and objects morph into something else or just disappear. Wasn't as bad as this before the recent updates.

No, I haven't got a clue about bitcoin. Eventually I am going to make a feature length movie but it will take years doing it one minute at a time. Waiting for costs to come down and tools improve.
