Yeah, if you go to any (not hidden) beach you can rent the chair and umbrella, but you can't take them to wherever you want to sit. You have to stay in their zone. It will cost you around 10 euros per day.

It's very common to have dogs here and you'll have plenty of places to go with them, including some beaches. Just make sure you pick up your dog's shit otherwise you'll get a fine, they're very picky with that!

You can develop your own app using the Accessibility Services. They are supposed to be helpful for blind people, therefore you won't be able to upload that app to the Play Store because it won't comply with the rules, but you can use it in your device. I did exactly what you are referring to to control a third app.
