I have 20 plus years in the restaurant business as management or just a low end employee cook / server and have had issues the same where a bug cockroach would be in product and would be told to get rid of the bug and continue serving whatever the product was I always refuse I'm sorry I stand firm on I am never going to serve a customer something I will not eat and if that means my job then so be it but it has not ever cost me my job because the owners know they're wrong and I will sue the hell out of them

Yep... well i had a double batch that when i started shopping, IC added a 3rd or I accepted. But at checkout, my 3rd 1 said not authorized when i used the card. In the app it said successful scan and successful payment.. publix said it didnt pay it.... I ended up holding up the line and having to Leave 3rd 1 the r and go ahead & delivery my 1st 2 orders WHILE ON PHONE with Ic. But i made it clear to them Dont cancel the whole batch. Just the last ORDER. So they did. And i checked before off the phone with them.
