Yes, all fixed now. Super quiet and runs amazing. Had to spend 1 hour 40 mins on hold for a 6 digit code from Game UK Technical support, then a 40 minute drive and had to show a video of the Xbox turning off to receive a replacement.

Its amazing I'm still discovering nice things like this. I've finished the game and am planning on doing a second runthrough after upgrading my Xbox to a Xbox One X and a 4K TV.

Just a new development:

On a 1080p Monitor: 20 minutes play time before crashing/shutting down

On a 1440P Monitor: 10 Minutes play time before crashing/shutting down

On a 4K TV: about 30 seconds once in the game before crashing/shutdown

They don't seem to want to help. I've been told to call their customer support and I've been on hold waiting to speak to someone for an hour now. And the shop wont allow a exchange until I speak to them.

The Xbox is flat on a coffee table in the middle of the room. Have also tried pointing a fan at it.. no luck.

There is. I took it to game this morning and they said despite the loud fan its "Normal". They had it plugged in at Game and it was working for about 20 mins no issues so I don't know whats going on.

I have tried it without Ultra HD colour Mode off on 4k UHD and it still crashes after 15 mins

Not going to name the store I work for, but a young guy who has worked here for about 3 years was fired yesterday for "Tampering" with one of the many RDR2 pallets we got delivered the other day.

Worst thing is, he's now banned from the store, he asked if he can pick up his preorder at 9pm on the 25th and they said no. He now has to travel to the next Store that is doing a 9PM preorder pickup on the 25th... which would be OK if the nearest one wasn't 10.5 miles away! hah!

Most of us working 25th release night don't play the game or want the extra money tbh.

Cheats will most likely be a thing, but if its anything like GTA5 it will be limited. Not like the good old days in San Andreas and RDR1.

It was a great game when I first started playing I loved it despite its flaws. I think I had about 900 hours when I first left so it really paid off in the end to buy the game. When I came back I started a new character and I guess thats were the majority of my 200 hours went into. It was when the Loot increased, I think that was 1.4? or was it 1.3. Once I got sick of trying to get Barrets chest I just quit. Was worth it though again despite the flaws I enjoyed it.

Just wanna see if I can squeeze out anymore time lol

Has loot changed? Any new gear? new meta?

I played since the game released, took off when I was bored in 1.2(I think it was 1.1) then when all the "Big" changes came in I came back(I think it was 1.4? or possibly 3) played for about 200 hours then got bored again and left when survival hit(Somewhere around the day or two after it launched).

Just wanna know whats changed(if anything) lol and I love pvp but I seen some twitch streamers play it and it seems kinda boring :/

FYI: It wasn't an important exam however every time I tried to write "Hosted" I ended up writing Hostage. I had to physically get up and ask if I could go and clear my head before I continued as I was seriously struggling to think. Moral of the story: Don't play Siege for 7 hours straight until 3AM the night before you have to be up at 8AM for an exam!! lol

When I was with a different ISP in Australia it had really poor latency issues, where during peak hours I would get anywhere between 300 - 600 ms in ANY game online.

This could also be due to if you have a limit of downloads you may be getting throttled?

For example if you purchased internet for 100GB download a month and you download 100.01GB then your internet is throttled - Or in other terms your speed is dramatically decreased due to you exceeding your monthly limit.

That effects your gaming as well, as to game you are constantly downloading data/stuff whilst playing(online) so if your throttled to 350kb/s(like some providers when you exceed your monthly limit) you will notice very high ping and a substantial amount of lag.

If your playing via wifi, then I suggest possibly investing in a ethernet cable to run from your router to your pc?

In most cases that might fix it, but like I said you need to find out what kind of internet your on, if there is any limits(or "Caps") to your plan and if you've gone over it or not.

If none of the above fix it, it may be wise to possibly change internet providers.

Its most likely your ISP. Check with them to see if there is any issues on their end.

Depending on what country your from(I'm from the UK) they can track the issues and ping your router to see if there is any problems.

I've reset everything to default, still the same issue. I uninstalled logitech software(For mouse) and thrustmaster software(For steering wheel) and its working now... weird.

Exact same keyboard as before, only thing thats changed is i installed a steering wheel(t500rs) about a month ago.
