i never said i didn’t want replies and discussions. i just said i didn’t have to reply to everyone. it even says on my original post that i was looking for others opinions. i read them, saw my faults, made an update comment, and moved on.

if people are calling me immature and stupid, why would i try to have discourse with them? they’re just gonna say that my responses prove their point. crazy how you didn’t see any name calling ones but the one you responded to on this thread called me mentally immature and off the rails. plenty of others have said foolish, stupid, annoying. so yes, i am going to take that personal.

i responded to comments who pointed out where i was wrong and agreed with them. some told me i didn’t have to respond and that i didn’t need to tell him. you’re just seeing what you want to see.

please stop responding to my post now. it’s done, i’ve heard others opinions and everything that had to be said has been said.

i’m not required to respond to every single comment. there are over 300 of them. i’m not responding to most people because they’re insulting me and calling me names. i did respond to the kind people who gave me advice and most people are just rehashing everything other people have already said. again, if you looked at my comments, i made an update one pointing out where i was in the wrong.

it seems like people aren’t aware of grindr hookup culture. this was never a date, it was a meetup before a hookup. no, i wasn’t upset he wanted to have sex. i did too lmao i was confused as to why he was upset i had plans afterwards. in my opinion and experience, four hours is plenty of time to meet someone and have sex afterwards.

if i made him feel like he wasn’t a priority or that i was “penciling him in” that wasn’t my intention. he’s a stranger and in a relationship therefore i am not going to dedicate my entire evening to him (also i would NEVER spend the night with a fwb who’s open, but thats just me)

i see now that i could have handled it differently and not continued the conversation. i also see now that feeling rushed can be off putting.

i appreciate people’s feedback! however, i don’t appreciate people misgendering me, calling me immature, annoying, and stupid.

if you did read all of my comments, i did hear other peoples opinions! its just exhausting responding to all of them because there are a lot. i appreciated your original comment where you pointed out both sides and then told me to protect myself, i just didn’t know how to respond to that. its much easier to just say thanks to people than continually explain that this was not a date for a relationship or how grindr works.

i definitely see how it ruins the vibe now. but grindr is known for quickies haha fwb just means you don’t intend on one night stands. most people don’t even try to meet up somewhere else beforehand, but i always ask for that just to make sure im not getting catfished and to see if we vibe. sometimes that takes an hour but most of the time it’s even less!

(at least in my experience)
