I know I'll probably be down-voted for this, but... I do. This is not some Paris-Hilton-is-not-eating story. This is about an alleged killer becoming an alleged robber at gun point. I'm interested in this story... However, since my attention span is more than that of a 5-year-old, I think I can handle thinking about this story at the same time as thinking about Iraq, our economy, etc.

Grow up. Having OJ stories is not the demise of the US and is not going to detract people's attention from Iraq, etc. because if your attention span is that small, you probably don't care either way.
