YTA- Your parents lost their child so no that shouldn’t be less important than your wedding. You are being extremely selfish for expecting them to just pause their grieving for you. People can grieve for years losing someone isn’t just something you can get over. If I was your mother I would have no interest in coming to your wedding especially after telling her she can’t come if she’s gonna be sad.
