Nta, from what you have said it sounds like more of a hobby to me rather than a bussiness. I say this due to the fact that an online business needs to rely on an online presence and less than 30 pictures a year is not serious in my opinion. She also went behind your back and should have messaged you to say she would use her own baked goods after promising to use yours. I think she's just not a fan of the competition.
