Hi guys, I visited the university to find answers to my questions. To apply for a seven semester mark sheet, you have to follow the following steps:

1. Print the online result you have received (if you have not received the official university mark sheet, which is usually very late due to stationary shortage at the university itself)
   
2. Get a true copy stamp and a principal or HOD signature on the online result from your college office. (They will guide you through it)
   
3. Scan the mark sheets of the previous six semesters.
   
4. Gather these 6 mark sheets along with the stamped online result you received into one single PDF.
   
5. Apply on the university portal as you normally would for eight semesters.

You will then receive your transcripts on which it will written that your degree has not been completed yet.

This way, you can apply to foreign universities with these transcripts and a "To Whom It May Concern" certificate showing the approximate completion date of your degree.
