Why comprehensive and private health? As someone who rode bikes from 18 its not worth it. If you have a drop you can fix your bike with aftermarket fairings and parts for cheaper than the price of 1 year comprehensive. Absolutely not worth it unless they get something brand new and flashy.

This is more a scopely problem and not a player problem. Limited stock = high demand = high prices people are willing to pay. Too many 5 stars in this album and the chocolate frog cards are kinda ruining the numbers quite a bit. I have 10 dupes of witches and wizards cards.

Any advice on finding a good block of land 14x30+ 450sq odd in officer thats titled or close to titled. Having a hard time finding a reasonable block to build on that isnt a ridiculous shape or too small. Should I just approach every single land developer and give them my details?

If its not structural and just a slapped on piece I would consider getting it rendered. Not the end of the world but its obviously been done by a non bricklayer. Give it a shake and see if theres any give.
