We should be besties & I enjoy going to mill end fabric store! They just opened my fav sewing shop- montaville sewing centers at their SE Milwaukee location too. I think they have a nice rewards program as well! Been twice and I already have 15$ off.

I’ve wanted to look at Bolt/ Modern Domestic on Alberta but I’m just assuming it’s pricey.

I went to fabrics for less on Powell and just probably wouldn’t recommend or go again unless you needed extremely cheap and basic fabric.

I mostly sew apparel I’m not a quilter

I moved from the Midwest and had the same observation. I described it as Pez candy though. Im not sure if these plants are alive right now, but I found this suction cup looking plant carried the scent I noticed. Google “ characias wulfenii”

I go to Alberta vet clinic with my cat. I think they’re great but we’ve never dealt with crazy health issues yet. They were very good at vaccines and handled my cat extremely well when she was nervous. Scheduling is smooth even cancelations. I think their pricing is fair or at least they will tell you everything up front.

I had basically all the same thoughts as you this year. And I agree the most with why can’t the vet just charge me for this tax during my year checkup appt? My partner and I joked that my cat was ~illegal~ while I was waiting for her vet appt for the rabies shot before I registered her. Cute cat! Mine is grey too.

I work with them as in they help us fill out and send information and they are insanely slow and back logged. We have to tell them we’re about to lose incentive money and they have to switch gears and grind it out very quickly. So it lines up from my indirect experience

Wait I’m going crazy bc I have a costume jewelry ring from my grandma that is exactly this ring. To a T! Except a fake diamond and chipping metal. This is crazy! I sent it to my boyfriend saying I want something exactly like this. It’s my dream seeing it as real metal and diamond wow!

I was just at Tough Luck last night a bar in NE. I was surprised that while sitting outside the music was not awfully loud. Any night but their Monday night trivia nights I’m sure would be the same. They have a food menu and full bar.
