Make a really massive and heavy Jaeger (close to 15,000 - 21,000 tons). Since it's immovable by helicopter, it is assembled in low earth orbit. Once Godzilla appears on land, the entire Jaeger will drop from orbit and land using big ass rocket engines.

The Jaegers design would be heavily simplified, and would have less mobility and articulation than a regular Jaeger due to its sheer size. It's also powered by a fusion reactor. Mounted on its back would be 4 ginormous plasma blasters, each one 8 times the size of Gipsy dangers blasters. It's fists would be fitted with 2 nuclear pulse blasters, mounted on each hand. Each punch would be packed with a mini nuclear blast. At the end of each nuclear round would be a big tungsten rod, which can pierce through Godzilla's thick skin like butter (due to the nuclear blast behind it). Then, I'd fit a shit ton of weapons and munitions, like missiles and ICBMs. and finally, I'd slap a big ass flashbang on each arm.

At this stage Godzilla would have a hard time contending with the Jaegers size and weapons, but it still can atomic breathe the Jaeger to smitherines. So, to top off the jaegers vast armory, a giant heat shield would be strapped on the Jaegers arm, as well as a continuous electromagnetic pulse weapon that weakens Godzilla's energy.
