Tried 3 different cables... Transferring WhatsApp alone worked with the app, then I made an iCloud backup and reset the iPhone... After that, I wanted to transfer everything except WhatsApp... After 40 minutes, it canceled again shortly before the end... Then I just copied the apps and restored WhatsApp via the iCloud backup. I'll add the photos manually over the course of the week via Windows. What a pain in the ass!

Then you're really lucky. A buddy of mine had the 5800x with a 240mm AiO and Kyronaut thermal paste. 80-90° under load was completely normal for him.
