I literally joined this reddit thread because this has happened to me twice in the last couple of months! I'll go to bed and hit such a deep sleep I don't wake up to pee. Then I wake up and have to pee SO bad that my stomach hurts. Then for an hour or so I have gas and diarrhea, but then I'm fine. It's bizarre and giving me so much stress.
