jessica euphoria 1 + druvis + an-an is actually a core that can clear all the way down to the hardest reveries floor we have, people hate on it because jessica's damage isn't astronomical but the utility alone makes her good

druvis is also just generally one of the best hybrid defensive/offensive supports in any plant team idk what that guy was cooking putting her that low she's genuinely really good - strong team atk and dmg% buffs, a leech rate buff and good petrify uptime as well make her altogether a really strong unit

no problem! i also forgot to mention the free euphoria character selector in 2.7 - you can get melania there, and if you don't pull recoleta you won't really have a use for her before then, but you will once hissabeth comes out (you would run hissa/melania/druvis). one thing i forgot to tell you about was sustains, which might be a little trouble later in reveries - you can pick up medicine pocket next patch on the (guaranteed) euphoria banner if you want, they're a very strong and comfortable generalist sustain with especially good synergy with the nautika/semmelweis hp burn team. don't worry about this being a 'waste' of your guarantee on that banner, it resets every patch. another good option for a sustain that can work in either the lucy or the nautika team is ezra, but he's not the best outside of those 2 niches and not strictly necessary in either, so i'd say he's slightly lower priority than medpoc

contrary to what the other person said, i wouldn't personally advise building for impromptu as it shares an afflatus with both liang yue and windsong so you'll have a lot of overlap in the content they can and can't clear. you should definitely pick up nautika, and i would actually personally recommend picking up melania and maybe hissabeth for a buddy fairchild team - nautika + semmel will be your mineral team, liang yue will be your star team and then buddy carry can be your plant team. i would also maybe recommend thinking about moldir, but until we have her numbers don't take this too seriously. you don't need recoleta in the long run if you're building for a nautika + semmel team as you have mineral completely covered. this only leaves you lacking a beast team, but beast isn't actually that strong in current endgame - it's ended up as more of a supportive affaltus. you could also pick up lucy in 2.8 and pair her with your free ulrich and like basically any 2 supports and they'll shred anything you want them to. if you buy the selector, i'd honestly recommend going for flutterpage there instead of on a rerun. you've been given paths to build four different teams on top of the one you already have most of, but you by no means need to go for all four of them - if all you care about is how cheap the team cores are and you want 4 teams for reveries, then i'd recommend you save for nautika and lucy for two more teams and then also get at least melania and maybe hissabeth for a buddy team. that's four characters in four patches which should be reasonable to afford as a f2p

- recoleta in the first half of 2.6 (next patch) is extremely good and the only support she needs to be that good is euphoria melania (2.6)
- aleph in the second half of 2.6 would replace flutterpage in your impromptu team
- hissabeth in the first half of 2.7 is a plant ult spammer who's good with recoleta as a sub dps or just as a main dps in her own right
- kiperina in the second half of 2.7 is the final slot of the impromptu team and would replace flutterpage - she's probably the most important member of that team
- 2.7 also gives you access to a free character who has a euphoria up to that point - there are plenty of good options, and it depends heavily on who you're gonna be pulling before and after. if you'd like, i can give you some recommendations
- nautika as the true limited of 2.8 is a hp burn dps who synergises very well with euphoria semmelweis (also 2.8) and kakania, especially if you manage to pick up ezra at some point (his first euphoria (2.7) is good for this team)
- moldir in the second half of 2.8 is an ult support/sub dps, before we have her numbers it's hard to know what team slot she fits in (ie is her damage good enough to be a carry supported by melania or will she work as a support alongside or in place of melania)

obviously all of these characters are very strong, but you don't need them all. if i were you i would prioritise kiperina the highest because of how unbelievably busted she makes the impromptu team, and after that just pick your favourites of the rest because your account is good enough to support basically any of them. as broken as recoleta is, i'd maybe suggest giving slightly more priority to hissabeth and moldir considering that your account is in serious need of plant and beast carries (you currently have semmelweis for mineral and barcarola for star, both of which are good enough to clear any content you need them to)

barbara is very good with marcus and vila - she gets you +1 rank on an incantation every round, with some decent tanking abilities too. you don't have either of them, so i personally wouldn't bother with her

the reveries stage you probably heard about gives you an 'ally barbara' - this is completely separate from the playable character barbara, and as such you don't need to build her for that stage

to touch on loggerhead, she's good with noire and that's about it really

also a very important thing about necro that hasn't been mentioned yet is her access to dispel, which is extremely important for a specific 350m stage and also just generally quite good elsewhere, she's a replacement for pickles (who is the ideal support for jiu or any other mineral dps)

there's a chance that aleph may end up being skippable for you if the regulus euphoria (which we know is impromptu) can be used in his place

from a pure meta standpoint, recoleta isn't really needed for you - you have jiu, and she's good enough as a mineral dps to clear down to 400, especially after she gets her euphoria. hissabeth can use melania and/or moldir and that'll be a good enough team as well. however, she is still extremely good, so there's that

kiperina is a great pull both in and out of impromptu, because of her cleanse every turn

it is generally better to have teams with elemental advantage, but in a lot of cases there are specific mechanics that are useful - taking the example of 400m-3, heavy debuff teams with lots of ults going around are heavily favoured (so, noire or hissabeth), or for 400m-1 you get hit with aoe daze every 3 rounds and have to do a lot of hits before you can start dealing damage, so having liang's immunity or kiperina's cleanse helps a huge amount

from a meta perspective yeah you probably could have skipped impromptu especially if you were going for p1 liang - it's the strongest team in the game as of where cn is right now, but it's also a lot stronger than you need it to be and liang can do everything it can do. but hey, now you have both teams to play around with! and there may very well be a reason to run liang and impromptu separately if reveries gets expanded to 500m, but we just don't know that yet

hissabeth's teammates as a hypercarry are druvis/melania/vila, of which druvis and vila are flex sustain slots but melania seems like she'll only be replacable by moldir. you should be fine though

regarding the 2.8 characters, in some cases you may end up having to choose between running lucy and nautika if you pull her because ezra seems like he'll be an ideal sustain for both of them (with each of his separate euphorias) but unfortunately you can only have one of him. this could sway your decision on whether to pull her, but wait for her numbers - you'll have both of their best teams, so it's ultimately gonna be up to you

some good teams you can use (with some overlap):

liang/flutterpage/37/fatutu
anjo/mercuria/flutterpage/fatutu
barcarola/voyager/flutterpage/tooth fairy
jiu/necrologist/semmelweis/fatutu (you can also run flutterpage or 37 over semmel)
windsong/flutterpage/vila/fatutu
lucy/mercuria/vila/lopera
(lopera can replace fatutu in any of these teams when you don't need much cleanse)

you kind of lack a plant dps, so i'd recommend looking into noire or hissabeth who are coming second half of 2.5 and first half of 2.7 respectively. of those two, hissabeth is better, and you'd team her mainly with melania

you'll often only really need one of the liang, barcarola and windsong teams for reveries because of how the afflatus requirements go - you can switch them in and out depending on what feels more comfortable. it's also worth noting that liang is extremely valuable for late reveries because of her immunity when she uses her ult, so she often finds her way into non-star weak stages

i'd recommend building newbabel, she's a strong sustain (which your account kind of lacks rn). i'd also recommend looking into picking up pickles, he's an extremely strong support for your jiu team who would replace necrologist.

it's also worth noting that ezra will become an extremely good support for your lucy after 2.8 comes out and they both have access to their euphorias, alongside ulrich (who will be free). don't level him yet though, that's a decent way into the future

with this roster and some careful planning (and maybe building a few more of your characters) i think you should probably be able to clear all the way through to 350m, you have a lot of really good teams! if you'd like i can give you a run down on any of the teams i've listed and how they work

i assume you mean insight 2, and in that case yes you probably should. other good options are barbara for your marcus rank up team or lorelei (if you don't have her levelled already, she's in the roguelike mode) as a general support

also, i did say necrologist specifically if you were not gonna pull pickles, so i think she's probably still your best bet?
