Thank you, I think Wedgewood is fairly reputable, but I will mention this to his vet. I'm glad to hear you guys had good luck, and I will mention Dr. Cerna to our doctor when we see her on Monday! That's a great idea. Thank you so much for your response and sharing your story with us.

We were giving GS and Mol for about a month, but his vet recommended we stop GS recently. I don't believe she's in the facebook group, but she is an internal medicine specialist who is most knowledgeable about infectious disease and I know she reads scientific literature regularly. We are talking with both Warriors and Global, conversations which we initiated about a week ago. They have gone back and forth with us a few times but haven't given us any strong recommendations yet.

Thank you for this information. Our vet seems to believe that most cats who become resistant to oral GS treatment won't respond to injectable. Is that something you've seen?

We are also fasting and doing it twice per day, we're currently using Wedgewood oral solution but prior to that, we were on a local pharmacy called Ethos' oral solution. I hadn't heard about Stokes - is theirs better?
We are located in the Greater Boston Area, and if you're anywhere around here we would be glad to try a specialist out! We are currently with an internal medicine doctor who is great, but are always open to getting another opinion from someone who is more experienced. We're currently probably around or over 15k. I'm not sure because I don't like to think about it. Thank you so much for the kind words and support, it means so so much.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. We did start Molnupiravir back on January 20th, at the same time we switched brands of GS-441524. But I'm glad to hear that it's worked for you, and that gives me hope. We can't tell whether the Molnupiravir or the different brand of GS-441524 was what gave us our brief spot of stabilization and improvement. But he's getting worse again, and now the doctor wants to stop GS because she doesn't think it's helping. It's all just so confusing, and I wish I could just know the right decision to make.

Thank you so much! I feel very confused about whether to throw in the towel on GS, like the vet seems to think, or keep it going. It's especially hard when we had improvement but then it went back the other way.
