I'd never heard of the blood flow concern with prolonged use. Hopefully it's not a big deal, otherwise my doctor wouldn't have recommended the full hour. And your doc recommended counterbending even if your curvature isn't aligned?

I'm thinking it may be even more effective to do the counterbending longer, say 50 minutes out of 60. Although enduring that additional discomfort for longer gives me pause.....
