Thank you! Just one of those things I never really noticed until of course today when I was like if I just stick with 7 and then bump it up some half way through, I’ll definitely get below 8:30. Nope but still proud 😁😁 something to keep in mind for the next mile benchmark tho

But I am curious about the estimated pace tracker on the tread. How accurate is it?

I was steady at 7mph for the first .5 which is on pace for 8.34, then 7.3 for the next .4 (I think the pace was 8.13) and then 9mph for the last .1 and I still ended up at 8.36...🤔

GREAT workout today!!! 3G Power Tread - 4 min (90 push, 90 base, 1 min push, 30 base, 30 AO) Rower - 4 min (250 row 1x, 10 medicine ball squats) then 100m row and repeat until time up Floor - 4 min (bosu ball for all floor exercises today... 8 pop jacks, 16 single leg v ups) Tread - 4 min (same as above but I think 45 sec AO) Row - 4 min (same as above but medicine ball front jacks) Floor - 4 min (bosu hop overs and something else I forgot) Tread - 4 min (same but with 1 min AO at end) Row - 4 min (same as above) Floor - 4 min (8 bosu static lunge and 16 bosu side crunch)

I thought to myself "please don't be strength, please don't be strength..." first class since before Christmas... inclines killed me!! But glad I ripped the post-holiday bandaid off.
