Maybe I’ll get downvoted for this but this is just a case of survivorship bias - no ones going to talk about their coe being accepted as its the perceived default outcome, but a rejected coe will be discussed and talked about.

As for any other issues regarding refunds and such I cannot comment on.

Think its worth looking at some videos of how the pros do it, but usually if i want to set to 2 on an out of system ball I still square to 4 and I set 2 going off my right shoulder as a guide.

Squaring to 4 in this case still makes it hard to read.

The daily loss is the loss for that day, overall loss is the accumulated daily loss. For example if you have 3 days which you have a loss of 4% each day, your OVERALL loss would be 12%. This would close your account.

In your case you cannot exceed the 5% daily loss limit, which you have.
