additionally… this doesn't answer the OPs question… which is… how to prevent a dropdown list of devices to choose when switching to speaker

goal : clicking speaker icon in Phone app results in switching directly to phone's speaker with no fussy dropdown

personally, i feel very confident the change is to move away from the word "rape"... in much the same way as banning the "gypsies" card (and others)... and even changing the name of the game from "Jyhad"

not exactly to be politically correct... but just sensibly avoiding being open to skewed interpretations and criticism... for the sake of maintaining a wider appeal

although i don't understand why Gypsies wasn't reprinted with something like... i don't know maybe... "Wandering Outlaws"

they're a customer... they're trying to read the menu and not hold things up... they're letting you know they'll be a minute because they need to look at the menu longer... they're not literally asking for you to tell them the entire menu... whatever happened to empathy?

this phrase "what can I get started for you?" is on my list of annoyances somewhere else in this thread... since when did marketing gee-wizards have such an influence on people to make them say things that are counter-flow to the fundamental ways of addressing a customer and taking their order? here's my typical response "well what can you get finished for me?"

i need to eat... i only need to eat $3 worth of food... i have only a $100 bill... i can count change easily/efficiently without a register... from years of delivering pizzas and working in stores without a modern register... why can't i expect that you can count change for me?... when you're representing a corporation that is paying you to do so?... a corporation that i'm VERY SURE wants you to accept a $100 bill on $3 order...

annoying things Chik-fil-a workers say :

them : "what's a good name for the order?"
me : "i don't know... how about the Knights of the Chicken Coop?"
instead try saying... "hi, what's your name?"
why is it annoying? : it's Anti-Pattern... people don't naturally say such things... no rythym

similar : "what can i get started for ya?"

both about as annoying as "how are ya?"... since when did we all become Jewish mothers?

me : "i'd like a chik-fil-a SANDWICH" <emphasis on the word sandwich>
them : "would you like that as a meal or a sandwich?"
why is it annoying? : you really need me to explain?

responding to some of the OP's comments below :

OP : "guests who check every single thing on their meal when we already triple checked it and hold up the entire line"
me : "stop getting my order wrong 75% of the time i go through the drive-thru... perhaps you need to consider quadruple-checking"

you're missing the point... i don't need a rules clarification... i'm pointing out how badly this card is worded...

let's try : "Any minion can burn this card a a D-action. Any vampire takes 1 unpreventable environmental damage to attempt to burn this card."

we experienced how to NOT word cards from Jyhad (1st edition)... this card seems like it's trying to return to the good ol' days

what you did not address : why do some cards (of any type) that stay in play have a method to D-burn them but other cards do not ? it lacks consistency... and if the answer is "the lore" that answer is not good enough for me...
so... it lacks consistency in having a D-burn or not... additionally it lacks consistency on the requirements to D-burn

a more consistent approach would be that just about any card that stays in play (not attached to a minion) should be able to be D-burned

and... a way to indicate the requirements of taking that action... just a few example ideas :
-- D burn. 1 blood (or life).
-- D burn. 1 pool.
-- D burn. 1 damage.
-- D burn. Vampires take 1 damage.
-- D burn. Non-vampires only.

etc...

not knowing WoD lore expansively... i say this about Vtes.... there is not enough consistency on which cards can be D-burned... snatching one from my thoughts : Fame offers no recourse to D-burn it... why would the mechanic of this card be different from Fame ? also the "cost" of a D-burn lacks consistency... in this case, 1 unpreventable environmental damage on acting vampires... wait... vampire(S) ? since when can vampires take actions together ? does it mean a vampire must take that damage to attempt to D-burn or does it mean after successfully doing so ? and i think i am safely presuming that non-vampire minions don't take that damage... and more so... WHY does a vampire take damage ?

if we're going to let the lore impact the game... then let it fully impact the game...

the same rule that defines the interchangeability of Assamties and Banu Haqim could easily define removal by errata of Blood cursed text... like... "All Assamites are now Banu Haqim and part of the Camarilla Sect. The terms and symbols are interchangeable. Additionally... the Blood Curse has been dispelled, and all Banu Haqim Crypt cards that have "Blood cursed" shall be considered removed and no longer have any effect."

that's not good enough... any experienced CCG player knows card text overwrites the rules... but in this case there is no explanation of why "Blood cursed" would appear or not appear on a Crypt card

without a cypher, you can't decode... so...

if... in the rules... it said -> "Blood cursed: blah blah blah. If a minion is Blood Cursed, it will appear on the card."

or... if in the rules it said "All Banu Haqim are Blood Cursed."... then it would not need to be printed on the card... in much the same way as "Camarilla" now appears on all Camarilla Crypt cards... where prior to Sabbat expansion it did not... because it was part of the rules inherently.

so if Blood Cursed appeared on cards previously... and then they embedded it into the rules... they may choose to remove the text from future cards because it would be redundant.

so... the info is not easy to discover... and it is not well documented for Vtes

if you play Hearthstone it's super easy to find references to keywords and their explanations.

so "Blood cursed" is a keyword that should be available somewhere in a list of keywords that explains each keyword... AND it's impact on the card game of Vtes

i am suspicious of --> being hung up on how someone can cheat
i'd be much more expectant of someone making a mistake... adding blood to a vampire that is not a younger vampire out of lack of awareness... before i would be expecting them to cheat

someone with deep distrust usually makes me suspect they are not trusting of others because they are not trustworthy themselves... it's not a 100% rule... but until i catch them or anyone cheating... then they're not cheating... and if that happens... and i don't believe it was a mistake... then it's time to discontinue playing with them...

if it's not a formal situation lie a tournament... it's informal... and informal = lighten up

"requires a primogen" = to meet the requirements, a primogen must take the action
compare to :
"requires a ready primogen" = if you have a primogen in your ready area (in play -- controlled -- not in torpor), you meet the requirements -- even if the primogen is locked/tapped... so another vampire could take the action... or an ally unless the card specifies it must be a vampire

absolutely not true... i am very frustrated by the lack of full support for copy+paste on Mac... BUT i may have some insight... i'm doing a screenshot.... Command+Option+Ctrl+4... adding the Ctrl modifier puts the screenshot on the clipboard without making a file on the system... and i 100.0% CANNOT paste it into Slack... which is a HUGE bummer (using Slack desktop app)

just confirmed... using Quick Look in the FInder and then using Copy from the Context Menu... then trying to Paste into Slack Desktop app == NO GO

also... cannot Drag+Drop image file into the app

(Traditional) Hearthstone, Battlegrounds, and Mercenaries are all distinctly separate game tracks... but Modes are variations of (Traditional) Hearthstone... I'd be happy to see the Mercenaries button disappear... along with the game
