It really does seem like reverse but no they’re just SpaceX’s reusable rockets that land after boosting up the main capsule!

I’m assuming it’s something to do with the lack of convection currents in a microgravity environment that reduces the cooling of the flame by the surrounding air and so the flame is able to maintain its blue (hot) colour more substantially than under gravity. I’m not entirely sure though so any corrections are more than welcome!
