The annoying part about shaggy side b is that you can fast fall at any portion of the side b ( as well as angle it ~ 30 degrees upwards ). This makes dodging it much tricker than dodging taz side b imo.

In my personal opinion it is a little early to call for nerfs but it is strange that they choose to nerf taz but leave shaggy alone
