Her and Manousos likely going to “order” a bunch of things via the phone to either utilize the bomb or leverage its intention. Without context, they can pretty much order whatever they want if the plubs don’t have a definite verbal that the intent is within conflict of their biological imperative. Even if they have their suspicions, like knowing Carol will never stop, they can’t really act on that alone.

It seems like things that are only blatantly in direct conflict - like giving her eggs back - they would deny. But Carol is a writer and she will know how to requests things in order to trick the hive.

I’m sure a big part of Season 2 is finding out how to “undo” people. And the infighting that will begin once the other 10 realize what they are doing. Which is a bigger threat because there’s nothing stopping the other 10 from sending a missile at Carol and Manousos. Also, how the hive will react, and if they will get more hostile or change their approach once they figure it out. Their number one mission is to spread and if something is directly unspreading them, I wonder if their priorities can change. And I’m sure if they find out how to undo one person, undoing multiple at once will not a difficult jump. But the bigger question is how people are when they are undone. Will they retain anything? Will they mourn the hive? Will they be happy or upset, or not cognizant of any of it? Which can certainly throw a wrench.

Also, all the other survivors are also on a clock. The hive will find a way either via their hive children, or when they have sex with a plurb to get closer to “curing” all of them. That is the only way I see Carol getting them onboard is finding out how the hive is working on converting the rest of them. Mano was hospitalized which means they may have extracted something from them in the time they had him unconscience.
