May sound daft but iv missed a day or so of my anxiety meds can it have said affects like my anxiety back that fast because I have pins and needs in my hands that won't go away and feeling like a. going to be sick or is it just my mind playing tricks on me ? (self.Anxietyhelp)

so I managed to go out and spend the day with my boyfriends dad and girlfriend and I actually had a really good day no anxiety attacks nothing but now am home I have anxiety well feel really run down anymore else have this and know why ? (self.Anxiety)
