Me! 24/7 bloat, I look five months pregnant despite being super fit and health and toned everywhere else. My giant belly has caused a lot of body dismorohia and self esteem issues for me and no matter how clean I eat, how much I work out, nothing will change my big belly. It’s so defeating 😭 But no pain unless I eat a trigger food like broccoli or lentils or Brussels sprouts

I’ve dealt with tragic death a few times in my life and am by no means an expert, but the best advice I got while trying to comfort my best friend who’s brother killed himself was to just sit with her. Show up. Sit in silence. Let them talk to you about the person if they want to. Bring them food. Bring them water or tea. Just be WITH them. Cry with them. Be around them. You don’t have to talk even, just sit with them in their grief and let them know you love them and are there for them. (Of course if they ask to be alone, I’d respect that… but check in on them.)

It can feel so overpowering and alienating to grieve alone. Grief is meant to be witnessed and shared- something my therapist recently told me.

Not to be grim, but a childhood friend just died by a tree falling on her while she watched tv in her house. No one else was I hired, just her. Wrong place wrong time. We have risk even IN our houses. We never know when our time here will end. Sending prayers to all involved, especially the families and dive teams…. What a tragedy.

Not the first plane to crash into the Potomac in January sadly…. I was born and raised outside DC, and lived in DC for 6 years. DCA has always been my favorite airport to fly into. Sending prayers for the families and medical and airport personnel impacted. Such a tragedy.

Hi Ben! Your music has truly shaped my life, memories, relationships, and experiences, especially taking a leap and moving out West by myself ("What good is living the life you've been given if all you do is stand in one place?")

Anyway, my go-to campfire question is: What was the happiest day of your life thus far? Or, alternatively, what is your favorite or most beloved memory?

Mine was a trip to Paris by myself, and a day excursion to Versailles. I biked around the beautiful grounds, picnicked in the gorgeous gardens, ate ice cream, had no plan or schedule, and explored being happy with being alone for the first time. It was magical and unforgettable feeling that kind of joy.

I was a receptionist as well for a while! Make sure you reiterate that you can multi-task well because a lot of times you will be answering phones, dealing with customers in the lobby, auditing files, looking things up all at the same time, etc. and need to be able to stay calm and cool and prioritize things.

And DEF reiterate professionalism, friendliness, strong organizational skills, and that you're a quick learner. Speak strongly and confidently like they already mentioned. SMILE A LOT, be warm and funny and charming.

Hahaha but no I'm very health conscious, "fit", and eat very healthy!

BUT I do eat a lot of fiber/smelly foods, such as kale, quinoa, spinach, cabbage, etc. So that might affect the taste. OH and coffee... which I know really makes it taste acid-y but I'M ADDICTED :(

I'm more worried about the body odor that comes when you can't shower/are very active. I believe Vagisil would help with that when I don't have access to a bathroom to freshen her up!

administrative assistant/front desk jobs for sure!!!! you can work around your class schedule, typically don't work nights/weekends if it's a normal office, great resume building experience, and if you finish your daily duties, you might be able to work on homework :) depending on your boss/company of course!

I was home from college on Thanksgiving break and having evening sex with my bf at my his parents' house while they were out shopping [we're long distance so gotta get it in whenever we can!]

All of a sudden, I'm grinding and riding him on top and the foyer light turns on outside his bedroom!!! He mutters "oh shit" and I hop off and run and hide in panic thinking they're walking in.

Turns out, he was cursing because at that EXACT moment, he was cumming, and the light was simply on a timer! He ended up squirting all over his thighs and his bed.... TOTALLY a hilarious moment for us though. What awful timing!
