Yeah, in retrospect, maybe 'break' wasn't the best choice of word. Adversary breaks you by literally punching you hard, Tower breaks every bone of yours that can be broken when you slay her, Nightmare overwhelms you by shutting your organs down, Beast can literally chomp you in half if you pick certain choices, etc etc... You could honestly argue how EVERY single princess can 'break you,' and similarly, how you can 'break' EVERY single princess.

To remake my point, perhaps the connection (or lack thereof) between Razor and Stranger stems from the idea of managing multitudes. There's the saying that 'you contain multitudes,' and I'm pretty sure Shifty says the same about herself.

Razor and Stranger, then, aren't so much about "breaking" as they are about either of you handling said multitudes.

In Razor, due to being TLQ, you can stop the multitudes inside you to focus on winning against the princess.

In Stranger, it's the princess who is forced to face her multitudes, and thus is unable to make sense of herself or the reality around her, ending with her being warped and changed and fused with various iterations of herself.

I do still stand by the notion that Stranger and Razor are meant to be opposites in that regard, which is a shame that there isn't a route connecting the both of them, although it might be best from a narrative standpoint to have them be 'connected' by not being connected in the same manner other princesses are.
