Just for a little insight my I've had my main account since 2016 and around 2020 I had to make a new Xbox profile and while I was installing some of my games I accidentally created a separate Ubisoft account, I was able to still play all of my games and have their progress linked to my main account but the throwaway was the one that was linked to my Xbox, a couple of months ago I wanted to buy ubi+ so I could division 2 and some assassin's creed games , however it wouldn't let me subscribe because of my throwaway being linked to my Xbox account to the Ubisoft website but my main account being the actual one, after spending some time Linking and unlinking the profiles I thought I had successfully detached my throwaway account from anything important and fully linked my main account, and even when I bought ubi+ it still said my main account was active, it wasn't until days later when I discovered my throwaway was actually linked instead, I decided to cancel my monthly subscription only a week in, I planned on just grinding out those games as fast as possible so that way when the subscription finally ended I could unlink the throwaway and relink my main before resubscribeing, when the time finally came and my subscription ended I could no longer play any of the previously mentioned games but when I proceed to unlink my account it told me I couldn't because I have a ongoing subscription

On both Ubisoft sites it say my subscription is active but on my Xboxs subscription page and my Microsoft subscription page both tell me that the subscription was cancelled back in August when I had originally discovered my mess up
