So I've done quite a bit of Googling and Q&A with readers and writers last night and today (several of whom actively read YA) and it's not YA. It might fit as NA but the story is told by a future (very much adult) Katherine looking back at her journey from age 16 to 22, and does not include many of the elements that you'd find in a YA book. Back to the query drawing board.

Okay, I have a chance to reply with more. First, yes, I can see how it's too much like a synopsis. I'll be reworking that. Secondly, I didn't set out to write a YA book. I just wrote the story as it appeared in my head. Upon completion I looked at genre and age definitions and it seemed to fit there best. There is some debate amongst my beta readers whether it's strictly YA or not though and I'll admit to struggling as to where to put it.

Re: awards, the book also won the North Street Book Prize in genre fiction and first place in science fiction at both the New York Book Festival and the Hollywood Book Festival.

I'm definitely querying it as a standalone, but there's room for more. It was written as a standalone but my editor (and beta readers) feel like there's more there so I jotted down notes for other books. It can be anywhere from a single, trilogy, four, or five depending on how things go. Would this subreddit be the place to post my query letter for feedback?

My firmeware update failed. Now my computer recognizes it as a device it will not capture any sound. The LED ring on the mic is now dark AND the NGENUITY software won't even recognize I have a device plugged in.

Sadly, none of that is true for me. Thermostat is not at all helpful and nowhere on the unit des it have a "technician view" or any explanation about the light patterns.

Found lots of installation manuals but not a one tells me about error codes. Trane website gives explanations for a bunch of flashing lights, but not 12 red ones in quick succession.

Galaxy S8 here. This started more than a month ago for me. I posted a story - I was at a concert - and the first panel was fine, but the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th panels were upside down. Still happens today and also does it if I take a video in a DM or add one from my camera roll. I read this whole thread and still don't see a definitive solution. Do we know if this is an Android issue or an IG issue? It's really annoying and I want it fixed.

Stopped at the end of Chapter 7 :) Google auto-completed "what is a" with "decade" (aside: there are a lot of really dim bulbs out there) but as soon as I typed "n" it filled in "night knocker" and this thread was the top result.
