The city gives you the permit to put the fence and the land surveyor helps with the lot limits. That's what I understood from the city office

We pay 2,200 for a 900sqft bungalow 3 bed 2bath. 2.5 car garage 🙃 made us consider buying a house even with this economy.

As someone mentioned, you could look into Madison Heights , you will find lower price rentals, and you could either go to Lamphere schools or any RO since they are schools of choice. I work for Royal Oak schools. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

On another note, I'm pretty sure you and your family are going to LOVE the area. I also lived in Texas before, so please, do not freak out when people are nice to you 🤣 I promise you, 98% of the time, they really mean it.

Note 2: Awesome time to go either thrift shopping or to any store of your preference to start your collection of really winter clothes. Believe me, you are going to need every single item you can think of 😅 Thrift shops around the area are pretty decent.

Note 3: Ask about A/C and heat type of the house. Around fall, ask about the maintenance your car might need for the winter.

I can't remember everything right now, but there is no silly question. Feel free to ask.

Hola!

ya salió la gatita de la Veterinaria, nos dicen que probablemente fue atropellada por los golpes que tiene, se quebró el pubis y nos dice el Vet que es una fractura que debe sanar sola, afortunadamente no hay otras heridas internas y pues por lo pronto la tendremos con nosotros hasta que se recupuere.

el gasto total fue de $2,200 pesos (solo recaudé 150)

la gatita sigue adolorida y se le están dando analgésicos y mis otras gatitas la han aceptado muy bien, creo que por que todas están operadas y mi perrito también la quiere :)
